At Auto Worx, we
understand how difficult it can be without your vehicle. Our office staff
is committed to assisting you in every way possible. We will work with
your insurance company and keep you informed on any significant changes in
the repair of your vehicle.
The Auto Worx staff
has been through extensive in-house technical and service-oriented
training in order to provide our customers with accurate estimates,
quality workmanship and friendly, knowledgeable customer service. At
Auto Worx, we are constantly striving for 100% customer satisfaction.
For your convenience,
Auto Worx repair facilities are open Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., and
Fridays from 8:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
1. Your car is the second largest investment
you're likely to make. Preserve its value and your safety by having it
repaired professionally.
2. Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages.
3. Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims
center before having your car repaired. You can do this, or you may leave
your car at our shop and ask the insurance company inspect the car here.
4. By law, you are NOT required to obtain only one estimate or appraisal.
5. You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Your
insurance company can not require you to go to a particular shop. Some
insurance companies may tell you that you must go to one their "preferred
shops," this is untrue and against the law.
6. Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not
include all necessary work. If you're not sure why one estimate is
different from another you've received, please ask us. Keep in mind lower
is not always better!
7. Choose a shop that has modern unibody repair equipment and employs
I-CAR certified technicians who are up to date with ongoing training.
8. Ask if the shop will be using genuine manufacturer (OEM) replacement
parts. Some estimates differ in price due to the quotation of aftermarket
or salvage parts instead or original manufacturer parts.
9. Ask if the shop offers a repair warranty.
10. Let us help you negotiate your claim with the insurance company.

thorough, estimate while you wait. No appointment is necessary.
We use all computerized estimating stations to give our customers the most
accurate estimate possible.
Repair estimates will vary, A lower estimate may not include everything
necessary to repair your car correctly also they might not have made the
investment in the necessary equipment and training to repair your vehicle
properly, lower is not always better.
If you need a
ride home or a ride to our facility, we will be happy to have one of our
staff members drive you. If your vehicle is not drivable just call us and
we will arrange a Tow for you, and we will bill the charges to your
Insurance Company.
